Our Environmental Efforts |

- All Kayaking/Camping gear and apparel are locally sourced (and organic when possible).
- Guests meet at a convenient central location or are picked up from their hotel rooms to reduce the number of vehicles on the road (also a testament to our superior customer service).
- Vehicles are equipped with the emission controls that exceed the requirements of law and are maintained at top performance to increase gas efficiency & safety (Oil drips do not go unnoticed!). They are equipped with the best emission controls available beyond the requirements of law.
- Reusable/washable utensils utilized on all overnight trips, never disposables.
- Organic foods are served exclusively on camping trips.
- Food scraps from overnight trips are kept for compost.
- All vendors, including lodging & attractions, are chosen for their sustainable record.
- All office and guest products are made from recycled content (ie: paper/napkins), and paper waste & postal waste is highly discouraged through digital usage.
- Goals to increase Sustainability:
- To incorporate new software that allows digital signatures on all release forms, contracts, & waivers.
- To purchase hybrid vehicles.
