Payment Policy

NWEE requires a 10% deposit on all bookings. This deposit is applied to the cost of the trip. Payments for multi-night excursions require payment in full within 60 days prior to departure. For our daily hiking and kayaking trips, full payment is required upon pick-up. Payments are to be made in U.S. currency only, by cash or check. Payment plans are available.

Cancellation Policy

NorthWest EcoExcursions understands that unforeseen events occur which require cancellation. Listed below is our cancellation schedule based on the departure date:

60 + days before departure date: Full refund

30-59 days before departure date: 50% of trip price refunded

29 or less days before departure date: No refund

Refunds are not given for no shows. Departure dates and times are upheld to remain on schedule. Refunds are done by check and mailed to you.

There are times when extreme adverse weather conditions or other natural acts of God occur where it is unsafe to enjoy outdoor activities. In these situations NWEE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips at any time, and will reimburse in full any monies paid. For daily trips, cancellation due to adverse weather is done 1 hour prior to trip departure. NWEE does not reimburse expenses related to travel which includes but not limited to airfare, hotel, and car rental. Travel insurance is always recommended.
